Questions clerks ask

Five fair questions. Answered before they are raised.

These are the questions a senior clerk asks, in their own words. Here are the straight answers, with nothing hidden behind a demo.

Do we keep control?+
Yes. You keep first contact, enquiry qualification and your diary unless you choose otherwise. VENTRiQ runs the operational load behind you, and your subscription level sets exactly where that boundary sits. You can change the level as your needs change. The platform works for you; it does not take the wheel.
What does it actually cost?+
There are no licence fees, no per-user pricing and no bolt-on tools. You pay a percentage of collections, so the cost moves with activity rather than landing as a fixed bill whatever the month looks like. There is a one-off onboarding fee, and it is offset against future charges under the agreement.
Who sets the pricing of our work?+
You do. VENTRiQ does not price your work or sit between you and your client on rate. The commercial model is a share of what is collected on work you do, not a markup on your fees. Any marketing share arrangement within the network is separate and optional.
Does it touch our identity?+
No. Your name, your brand and your client relationships stay entirely yours. VENTRiQ is the infrastructure underneath the practice, not a badge on the front of it. Clients deal with you. Nothing is published or co-branded without your approval.
Do we become dependent on you?+
It is your operations platform, not a business development or clerking service you become tied to. You own and build your own client relationships, and there is no obligation to continue beyond the agreement. The point is to remove load and risk, not to create a new one.
